Meditation helps us focus, calm down, become aware, and begin to see things as they are. A properly trained mind is one ready for Awakening.
Three consecutive days of Daylong Meditation Retreats are offered in early September. Each day consists of 10 meditation sessions over three periods: morning (4), afternoon (4), and evening (2). Each session is around 40 minutes. Participants can sign up for one or more periods and days, but must attend all sessions in a given period. All participants are required to observe silence. Prior practice in meditation or in our Zen classes is required. Meals will be provided, but no overnight stay. Pre-registration required.
Dress code: Black robe and socks.

Afternoon: 1:45 PM - 5:45 PM / 4 meditation sessions
Evening: 7 PM - 9 PM / 2 meditation sessions
